When can I expect my order?

For single tie purchases, please allow 1-2 weeks to process, before dispatch (excluding large orders).

For large or custom orders, we recommend allowing 6-8 weeks. If you require your order by a specific date, please email us before placing your order to discuss options.

Once dispatched, UK deliveries typically arrive in 1-2 days, while international deliveries take about 5-7 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Delivery upgrades do NOT speed up the processing time.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We want everyone to have that same feeling you get when unwrapping a gift, so each order- whether a gift or not- is wrapped neatly in tissue paper with pretty tape (all eco friendly!), sealed and addressed with care.
Receipts? They're all sent electronically, so there's no chance a recipient will stumble across one in their parcel.
A handwritten gift note can be added at no extra cost. Please add the personalised message to your order notes.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! At the moment we offer custom orders when customers plan to purchase four or more ties.
What does this mean exactly? If there is a Liberty print you like that is not listed on the shop, we can order in the fabric and make a bespoke order for you. This is providing that the fabric can be sourced in the UK, and is Liberty of London cotton (excludes silk, wool etc.). The waiting time is longer for custom orders.
One of our favourite things is working closely with a customer making a set of ties for a special occasion! Please get in contact if you have an upcoming event you would like something special made for.
Do you ship internationally?
As of 28th August 2025, we unfortunately have had to suspend orders to the US until further notice. We are pleased to offer shipping to most locations worldwide. For international orders, we recommend visiting our Etsy shop, LittleGreyhound, where taxes and IOSS details are typically prepaid at the time of purchase. Please note that international delivery times are estimated at 5-7 working days after dispatch although delays may occur and are beyond our control. Import taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility, and shipping costs vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method. Please be aware that our standard international shipping not include tracking, while our tracked option provides a unique code for monitoring your shipment via Royal Mail.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?
At The Little Greyhound, we strive for your satisfaction. As a small business, we cannot offer the same return policies as larger retailers, but returns are not out of the question. Please note that we do not offer returns once an item has been dispatched due to simply a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or if you're unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us. Cancellations may be possible if your item hasn't been dispatched, excluding custom orders. If you need to cancel or have made a mistake, contact us promptly so we can process your request.
Please remember, for any returned items, the buyer is responsible for return postage fees, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Care instructions
TIES - Ties cannot be machine washed or tumble dried. Spot clean and air dry only. They are made from 100% cotton, so they will crease easier than most ties. To keep them looking fresh and smart, ties may be ironed at a suitable heat setting for cotton. For lighter colours, a starch spray (please patch test on reverse of tie first) may be used to help eliminate creases. Avoid label when ironing.
(The same applies for children's neckties)
POCKET SQUARES - Pocket squares can be machine washed at 30 degrees or below. Do not tumble dry. Air dry only. They are 100% cotton so can be ironed at a suitable heat for cotton.
