When can I expect my order?
FOR SINGLE TIE PURCHASES: Once an order has been placed, allow up to one week until dispatch (excludes large orders).

FOR LARGE / CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow between 4-6 weeks for orders of four or more ties, or custom orders. If you need an order for a specific date, email me prior to ordering, so we can discuss options.

Once dispatched, UK DELIVERY TIMES: 1-2 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) // INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES: 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We want everyone to have that same feeling you get when unwrapping a gift, so each order- whether a gift or not- is wrapped neatly in tissue paper with pretty tape (all eco friendly!), sealed and addressed with care.

Receipts? They're all sent electronically, so there's no chance a recipient will stumble across one in their parcel.
A handwritten gift note can be added at no extra cost. Please add the personalised message to your order notes.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! At the moment we offer custom orders when customers plan to purchase four or more ties.
What does this mean exactly? If there is a Liberty print you like that is not listed on the shop, we can order in the fabric and make a bespoke order for you. This is providing that the fabric can be sourced in the UK, and is Liberty of London cotton (excludes silk, wool etc.). The waiting time is longer for custom orders.

Matching accessories can also be added to a custom order. For example, children's ties and bow ties, baby bibs and dummy clips, dog's neckerchiefs etc. This works brilliantly for weddings.

One of our favourite things is working closely with a customer making a set of ties for a special occasion! Please get in contact if you have an upcoming event you would like something special made for.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, yes, we are able to ship to most places worldwide. Due to covid-19, we cannot guarantee this will always be the case. If you have any concerns, please get in touch.

A few things to note prior to making a purchase if you live outside the UK...
International delivery times (once an order has been dispatched) have an estimated wait of 5-7 working days. This however is not a guarantee, and delays are unpredictable. As this is something completely out of my control, the shop cannot compensate any delayed items.
Any import taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay.
Shipping costs vary depending on country and shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD shipping does not include any tracking information- INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AND SIGNED includes a unique tracking code, which can be traced on Royal Mail's official website.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?
We do not offer returns once an item has been sent. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, or it has arrived damaged, please get in touch.

At The Little Greyhound each tie and pocket square is made to order from scratch. We don't have ready made stock that is sent out, so we are unable to offer returns if you have changed your mind.
​
What about cancellations? Yes, there are times we can accept cancellations if an item has not yet been dispatched (this does not apply to custom orders). If you have made a mistake, or need to cancel the order, please get in contact as soon as you can so we can refund and sort things out swiftly.

For any items that are returned, the buyer is responsible for the return postage fees, and the original postage cost will not be reimbursed.

Care instructions
TIES - Ties cannot be machine washed or tumble dried. Spot clean and air dry only. They are made from 100% cotton, so they will crease easier than most ties. To keep them looking fresh and smart, ties may be ironed at a suitable heat setting for cotton. For lighter colours, a starch spray (please patch test on reverse of tie first) may be used to help eliminate creases. Avoid label when ironing.
(The same applies for children's neckties)
POKCET SQUARES - Pocket squares can be machine washed at 30 degrees or below. Do not tumble dry. Air dry only. They are 100% cotton so can be ironed at a suitable heat for cotton. (The same applies for bibs and bandanas).

BOW TIES - Spot clean and air dry only. Do not iron. Each bow tie has a couple of tack stitches to keep the bow in place, so from time to time it may need a little adjusting to smooth out.
